Martin Černohorský
Leadership & Strategy
Martin is a visionary, entrepreneur and strategist. For 15 years he led and built Etnetera Group companies in the role of enabler (CEO) and co-owner. He was one of the main promoters of working with company cultures and the "Freedom at Work" philosophy.
For the last decade he has been working on connecting business with ecology and spirituality. In addition to Evergreen Planet, he co-owns SoulAdventure, Econea and Papelote. He is an enthusiast, adventurer and partner in discomfort.

Václav spent almost 20 years in the creative industry in different executive roles where he implemented marketing strategies, executed big ideas and created award-winning campaigns for the biggest brands.
At Evergreen Planet, he connects corporate clients with EGP`s globally certified nature-based carbon offset projects - that is his way of bringing company`s vision closer to reality. He is also raising the importance of biodiversity and sustainability of our projects.
Jan Cabal
Data & Finance
Jan has spent 15 years in the financial services as a consultant delivering complex projects for international clients in banking, investment management and insurance often reporting directly to the C-suite. He is genuinely passionate about solving problems and his can-do attitude is infectious.
At Evergreen Planet, Jan oversees all the data and numbers. Fluent in four languages and having spent most of his adult life abroad, Jan also connects our firm with the international environment.
